About us
Our mission and values

Back in 2018, starting out, we hadn't envisioned founding a company or crafting an EFB application. Most of us, trained as pilots and dispatchers, were simply seeking ways to simplify our lives by transitioning from manual dispatch processes to electronic flight bags (EFBs), aiming to replace cumbersome paper methods. Our objective was clear: to develop a user-friendly tool that could outperform traditional paper systems.

Initially, we created a small in-house software solution. As we refined it, we incorporated features allowing customers to review schedules. Over time, we recognized an opportunity to address a gap in the market.

Today, our focus remains on refining and enhancing our software. Through years of development, we've introduced numerous new features and revamped existing ones to meet the industry's latest standards. Our dedication to continual improvement drives us to provide the best possible solution for our users.

At Enroute

At Enroute, our mission is clear: to provide robust yet user-friendly cloud-based flight management software that ensures efficiency for all stakeholders involved in the flight organization process. Our philosophy is centered around delivering the core Enroute system and expanding its functionality through API-driven integrations provided by other cloud-based software suppliers. We firmly believe that the future of aviation lies in a comprehensive transition to online software providers specializing in their respective domains. We recognize that seamless connectivity between systems is paramount to success in this evolving landscape.

Join our team We're Enroute Software, pioneering trends for over 6 years with our cutting-edge cloud-based aviation solution. Enroute's architecture Enroute's architecture is structured into three key domains: • Server-side: This component manages business logic and data storage. • User interface: Facilitates interaction for users. • Server infrastructure: Ensures the application's high availability. We leverage the latest technologies across all three domains. Our daily operations are guided by Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Testing practices. The segment of the system responsible for managing business logic and data storage utilizes NodeJS and a MySQL database. We strive to adhere to the best practices of event driven programming. Our code undergoes automated testing using jest package, and we receive significant support from Redis and RabbitMQ servers in this domain. The user interface is developed in JavaScript (ES6) with the ReactJS library, primarily employing functional programming techniques. Our code is extensively tested with automatic unit tests written using the Jest framework. For the server infrastructure hosting Enroute, we rely on three Cloud servers. We've constructed scalable clusters using Linux servers and Kubernetes. Continuous monitoring of all three areas is ensured through tools such as Prometheus, CloudWatch, and Sentry.
